DOMESTIC SHIPMENT; Current signed Federal Firearms License copy is required for Firearm Shipment in USA and its Territories. Accuflite Sports ships USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex. Custom Rifles are normally shipped in locked, service proven hard cases with keys mailed in advance to legal intended recipient. Accuflite Sports also, via special Order, stocks and ships high quality shotguns.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT: Current import certificate, or equivalent, dated and signed end user letter, dated and signed purchase order are required to support international shipment of firearms and designated firearm parts and accessories. All current firearm related shipments require US Department of State export license approval and/or US Department of Commerce Export License and International Transaction Number(ITN).
Effective September 30, 2023 Accuflite Arms waived the $600.00 export license fee for approved non military firearm items, as primary responsibility for 5ssuance of such export license is being transferred from US State to US Commerce Department.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All purchase orders subject to acceptance in Export, Pennsylvania as per Accuflite Sports invoice. Purchaser agrees to hold Accuflite Sports harmless for any loss, injury, damage, or liability of any nature caused by any failure, defect, or malfunction of any product sold or transferred to any person, firm, corporation, or any other entity. Accuflite Sports relies solely on manufacturers warranty. All invoiced back order items will be shipped on a first ordered, first shipped basis
INVENTORY: All 498+ quality products priced and shown with actual product photos, are stocked by Accuflite Sports and immediate availability is subject to prior sale. Inventory updates are processed immediately. Prices subject to change with immediate on-site notification. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Returns must include a copy of Accuflite Sports original invoice and a return authorization number. Return merchandise must be received by Accuflite Sports within 30 days.
PAYMENT POLICY: Accuflite Sports accepts all major credit cards. Current prices reflect a 3% check or cash discount . Cross border credit card fee may apply to International Shipment. Business and personal checks are accepted with 10 work day check clearance policy. International check clearance or wire transfer fee is $30.00. Wire transfer fee is $20. Fund transfer procedure available to support International and Domestic Shipments.
